How to ride Airwheel’s electric luggage?

Using Airwheel’s electric luggage is simple and intuitive. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started:

Preparations for Riding

Before riding, ensure the luggage is in the extended mode. Use the telescopic button on the suitcase body or the official app to adjust the motor front wheel. Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable position for your height and posture.

Riding Operations

To move forward, gently push the right acceleration handle. For reverse movement, pull the left brake handle. If you need to stop, release both handles and let the luggage come to a halt naturally. Always maintain a stable grip on the handlebars for safety.

Towing Operations

If you need to tow the luggage, first turn off the power to prevent unexpected movement. Pull out the towing rod and adjust it to your desired height. This is ideal for moving the luggage over uneven terrain or when carrying heavy items.

Charging Methods

Charge the modular lithium battery via the USB interface on the suitcase body or by removing the battery and connecting it to a power source. A full charge typically provides several hours of usage, depending on the model.

Setting the Combination Lock

For security, set a combination lock using the default password (000). Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to change the password and ensure your luggage remains protected during transit.
